Aikido Self-Defense Tactical Training. Aikido Of Bristol County offers training for Law Enforcement/Security/Night Club Bouncers, and all Security Personnel. The Aikido for Law Enforcement Tactical Training course gives the officer a practical, effective and safe method of controlling suspects using empty hand control and restraint techniques. Unlike many Defensive Tactical courses offered today to Law Enforcement and Security personnel. Aikido does not rely on strikes or impact weapons, and is ranked lower on the continuum of force scale. This gives the officer the tools needed to control combative suspects without the use of batons, sprays or tazers, and reduces the risk of injury to suspect, which reduces liability issues.
